ED Painting Plant

PSGE offered Dip Type ED Painting System with Transport Wagons and Dip System with Conveyor.

ED Coating process known by many names like Electrodeposition (ED), Electrophoretic, Electrophoresis Coating (EEC), Cationic E-Coat and Cathodic Electro Deposition (CED) just to name a few. It is an organic coating method that uses electrical current to deposit paint onto a part or assembled product. Because of its ability to coat even the most complex parts and assembled products with specific performance requirements, ED Coating is used throughout industry to coat products in various categories, i.e. – Automobiles, Home appliances, Metal parts where required high quality.

ED is a process where water based paint consisting of Pigment, Resin and Solvent is electroplated or coated on either ferrous or non-ferrous surface. This is usually found in automobile body parts as a prime coat before spray painting. With features like high throwing power; evenness in coating thickness and high corrosion resistant, it had already taken over many other processes such as epoxy powder painting, wet paint spraying and zinc electroplating.

Benefits of ED Coating to provide the products with a durable, lasting coating and because ED Coating can be used as a primer, top coat or both, and also with other types of coatings, the versatility is endless.

ED Process also have environmental advantages as no hazardous chemicals used in complete coating process.

Pretreatment process starts from 3 Stages to 11 Stages.

Powder Coating Plant

Powder Coating is the process where dry powder spray over the object / component and dry inside the Powder Baking Oven, It’s an advanced environment friendly painting process as there no sludge formation, no fumes generate.

We offered Conveyorised System for High volume and Batch Type System for Low Volume. Our designed Booth having high efficiency powder recovery system (Multi Cyclone Type or Cartridge Filter Type).

MRK-01ST CONTAINER-BASED MOBILE RAIL WELDING SYSTEM

MRK-01ST mobile container-based rail welding system (hereinafter referred to as the “System”) is used for the flash butt welding of rails directly in-track using continuous or pulsed flashing. Rail cross section 6,500 mm 2 to 10,000 mm 2 (JIS60, JIS50 and other). Deburring is performed automatically immediately after welding.

Rail welding system operating conditions:
− Temperature range: -10°С to +50°С.
− Max. ambient humidity: 80% at +20°С and 100% at +25°С.
